If you set your expectations low. It's okay. Rooms tiny. Service lacking. (Except the bar. They were attentive and great) the other hidden gem is Maggie's (connected to PV) pool wasn't opened for Memorial day. Again. There are better places

It's so over priced ...

It's so over priced it's not funny. Ritz Carlton price for red roof inn. People are pleasant and the room was clean, not much space for the price. It's truly a beach hotel and on the ocean. Will say, maybe I expected more, but the price is not equal to the room. I will not discourage anyone going since it's a New England place, it's not my type of place, 3 stars since it was clean and good people

The location can’t be ...

The location can’t be beat—right on the ocean with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Unfortunately, the standard room was disappointing. It felt like a room in a basement, had no windows, and smelled strongly of mildew. We ended up paying an extra $30 to move to a room with a window and fresh air. For such a great setting, the accommodations fell short of expectations.
