We arrived on Wed. ...

We arrived on Wed. pay extra $25 for early check-in. All good. Staying until Sat. and no room service. No heated pool as described on web page. One reason why we booked in Sept, was the heated pool. Dining was average. Views were great. If you take a reservation in March and advertise a heated pool, you should either notify the guest before they arrive or give back money. Poor customer service and bad advertising.

Very affordable at the ...

Very affordable at the end of the season. Great views of sunrise, which is why I stayed. But a few housekeeping issues - a bag of cookies left in the room by housekeeping by mistake (not necessarily a bad thing!), a dirty cup on the floor, and tape over the smoke detector and sprinkler so guests could smoke (probably not cigarettes) in the room without setting an alarm off.
