The pictures make the ...

The pictures make the place look much nicer than it is, it is quite pricey for an ocean view room and the beach has all but eroded away. It does NOT have a large enough beach for half of the guests that stay at the hotel and during high tide, the Inn doesn't have much beach at all. The Inn seems very dated and could use an update immediately.

Really nice people who ...

Really nice people who work front desk. Clean lobby and perfect day sitting on the deck chairs overlooking the ocean. Hope they replace carpets and clean it up a touch. Could be a jewel again. Still worth it if your expectations are not the Ritz.
