The customer service was ...

The customer service was excellent and they recommended some nice places for dinner. We ended up at the Venice Lounge because the hotel restaurant was closed due to covid and off season. We had a beautiful ocean view from our room. Our room was clean and kept nicely. The windows were dirty but we made it work. We could not check-in until 4pm so we sat on the beach, went and got ice cream, and played golf to kill a few hours before check-in. Overall we were satisfied with our visit and would visit again.

We did not know ...

We did not know that just b cause hotel is dog friendly, we would have to sacrifice all other amenities. No plugs in bathroom. Actually, nothing seemed to work, really. Nowhere to put a bottle ofwater next to bed, except the floor.The staff was really sweet though

Rough little inn. A ...

Rough little inn. A few stars above a roadside motel. However the location was excellent. Not dirty, just small and rough around the edges. The restaurant turned out to be great. The waitress was lovely and friendly. Went back the next night because we new she was working. We brought our own keurig.
