Rooms are very small, as is the balcony, however, the views are amazing. Having a bar and restaurant onsite is a plus. The weather was a bit cool while we were there so swimming was not an option. The heated pool was also “under construction” Our room was very clean and the bed linens were nice. They charge a $50 amenities fee. The fee is for the pool, parking, beach chairs and beach towels. They also mention a ticket for a free cocktail. But failed to mention you had a choice of either a vodka punch or a Narragansett lager. I think it’s overpriced for what you get, but I would probably return since it was clean, right on the water, had the onsite restaurant and bar, and is not too far away.
