Booked a poolside room ...

Booked a poolside room for 2 nights, bringing along my daughter and my mom for a weekend getaway. Was very impressed with the service at the front desk! Joe, the hotel manager was exceptional! Room was beautiful for the most part. Only a few slight issues. Door did not close easily and had to be slammed shut, paint was peeling on back of bathroom door, shower took a while to get hot, sink was VERY slow to drain. Other than that, the accommodations were amazing. Pool wasn’t open for the first day of our stay, however my daughter is crazy and didn’t mind the cold ocean water. Joe, the general manager, was very understanding that the pool was an important amenity, having brought my daughter along. He actually refunded my destination fee, which I thought was above and beyond! The proximity to the ocean is unbeatable and the views are stunning! I enjoyed my stay so much, I added a 3rd night! Anything that went wrong was corrected promptly. My daughter scraped her nose on the bottom of the pool and Joe made sure our desserts at dinner were on the house. I will definitely return when I’m able!

10/10 Joe the GM ...

10/10 Joe the GM is amazing! He helped my bestie and I book a stay for Memorial Day Weekend. Hands down picked the most suitable room for us. Rose seemlessly checked us in, and was very welcoming just like everyone else. We don't have one bad thing to say and instead are so impressed and are very happy we chose here to stay. The besties uncle Mark was the chef here years ago and he has unforgettable memories which brought us here in the first place. This was also a celebratory weekend for us both. We are forever grateful for the staff that made this happen. This place is so lovely. The perfect location, with amazing views, lounge chairs out back, the sound of the ocean outside the room, a balcony, the delicious cocktails and food at The Kitchen at Pleasant View Inn, the heated pool....we couldn't have asked for me. Thank you Pleasant View. We look forward to our next stay. Samantha and Sean
