Wonderful location right on ...

Wonderful location right on the beach in picturesque area. All staff were lovely and helpful. Struggled with luggage on stairs in certain areas… hotel is a little tired and outdated in spots. Our room had multiple ceiling leaks that staff temporarily stopped, and I hope will be fixed. Room had a very old wall-to-wall carpet, which made it feel dirty and old. Other rooms had nice laminate with area rugs….

Beyond the exquisite location ...

Beyond the exquisite location right on a private beach, lending to beautiful ocean views, the hotel is extremely clean & tidy, the staff warm and friendly, and the restaurant serves great food. One can lounge on the property and still overlook the beach, choose to relax on the beach or at the pool. It was a great experience!

We took a trip ...

We took a trip this week to Westerly, RI and we’ve been coming here for years. Decided to take up the pleasant view in for a lunch. When we were greeted by our server Milen. He was absolutely delightful! Within our time from start to finish he was so attentive. Made our experience so much better. After losing my wife’s parents this past month. We thank Milen and the Pleasant View for their wonderful time.

Milen was the best! ...

Milen was the best! That wonderful young man made my whole stay worthwhile, and I'm certain he will have a bright future in whatever field he chooses. We will be watching his career with great interest!
