I have enjoyed my ...

I have enjoyed my time at Pleasant View Inn. Waking up to the ocean, the restaurant being right at the hotel is a great convenience. I want to give a thank you to Krista at the front desk. Also, Chef Lenny had some good food. Can’t wait to return.

I must share a ...

I must share a staff acknowledgment to Erica and Blanca for their help and kindness. I was in a situation and felt that I had to leave immediately. As I raced out with my luggage I told the front desk that I felt that I was unsafe and needed to leave and to please beware of anyone looking for me. Within a minute, Erica came out and gave me a secluded place to wait for my ride. The fast action of the front desk combined with the compassion and kindness of Erica and Blanca immediately de-escalated the situation.
