We were warmly greeted upon arrival. The people at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The lobby is bright and clean. The 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate was great. There is a ramp to access the lobby, but there were several stairs required to move beyond the lobby, which would be difficult for people with mobility problems. We reserved a king sized bed with a tub/ shower combo but the room we stayed in had a queen sized bed with a shower stall. (We didn't mention this to the front desk staff because there was quite a line at check in time and by the next morning we were already unpacked and settled in. ) The bed and bedding were comfortable. We appreciated the extra pool/beach towels that were available. The bathroom was TINY with no counter space for toiletries. There was no place to set makeup, a curling iron or blow dryer down other than IN the pedestal sink. The lighted mirror over the sink was nice. The shower area was spotless and the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash dispensers provided high quality products, but the shower space was very small, the water pressure was strong and the shower head was not adjustable, which would make it very difficult to bathe a child. The in-room safe worked perfectly and was easy to use. The outdoor space for our room was a very narrow shared area with the neighboring rooms, but the photos online showed private balconies. The walls between the rooms must be very thin because we heard every word that our neighbors (and their children) said. I wish there were better photos and descriptions of each room online, to help with making online reservations. The beach was lovely and clean, with gentle waves. We enjoyed our stay overall.

My only complaint was that the beds were not the most comfortable. The staff members were all friendly and the hotel was clean. The view is amazing. There was a lifeguard on duty during the daytime and the beach was clean. Food quality was good and priced decently. I recommend a stay here and I would stay again!
