The hotel's location is amazing, situated directly on the beach and near various attractions. The pool was nice, outside sitting area was too. However, the rooms need renovation, as our room was outdated and lacked cleanliness, with a dirty carpet and a bathroom that didn't meet my expectations for this price point. I wish the rooms were better maintained.

$40 daily fee.. way too much to charge especially with high room rate.. includes parking but there is no parking spots because the hotel lets anyone using beach park in it's spots .. hotel should really give parking passes that you return upon checkout.. or have someone there upon entrance, like all the other hotels do here. couldn't leave during 4 day trip as wouldn't get spot when return... and that includes all 3 parking lots.. Restaurant dinner was good. You can walk to restaurants. I would come back here again as it is relaxing on this side of the strip.. but not crazy about that there's no elevator... And the parking .. which makes it limited to local restaurants and not visiting other places or shops.

Pleasant View Inn is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with beautiful views of the ocean, passing ships and boats, and people playing in the water and sand. The restaurant at the Pleasant View Inn serves excellent food and drinks and has friendly, attentive staff. That's all good. Our rooms were nice with view of the ocean, a small sun deck, and adequate space. A few big downsides that we did not expect at a hotel that charges about $600 or $700 per night. The shower stall in our rooms was dated and had poor water pressure and didn't drain. It's gross showering while standing in a couple inches or clogged water. People smoking and vaping on the sun decks, sidewalk, and hallways ... not constantly but everyday we were there. The nearby beach isn't owned by the hotel, but be aware that at night people leave alcohol cans, water bottles, and other garbage. In the day there was people with dogs digging holes all day in the sand. People that are not guests using the guest parking lot, lounge chairs, and swimming pool. That stuff is not expected when spending $600 or $700 of hard earned money per night. Even at a camp ground this doesn't happen or is promptly addressed if it does.

Surprise resort fees after paying in full through booking.com. No mention of extra resort fees.
