Rooms are a bit ...

Rooms are a bit on the small side, but since we're really just using it to sleep and shower it's fine. With kids might be an issue. Spend the extra $ and get one with a view of the ocean. Worth it.

We have been coming ...

We have been coming here for a few years. Nothing beats the view. This year we were a little disappointed with the gluten-free options on the menu. Seems like last year there were more choices. Felt pretty warm in the common areas. But maybe due to excessive heat outside. We had a 3rd floor room. Originally, I was told it was about 20 steps up. I inquired due to no elevator and having trouble walking distance. It is 30 steps to our room. Kind of difficult, bringing everything upstairs. It would be nice if there was help, especially for the 3rd floor to bring up bags. I'm sure we'll be back again next year, regardless.
