We booked a 3 night stay back in very early April for May 16th to the 18th, 2025. The day prior to our arrival we received a call stating that the pool was not going to be opened. Not a big issue but also no reduction on the room price of $1000 for 3 nights prior to the hight of the season. The king rooms in view on the website didn't show the true small size of our room, 242. Deciving. The balcony is barely big enough for 2 people to sit on the 2 chairs. We had to remove the table to accommodate for room.. But the VIEW was EXCELLENT. Best place to stay for the view and beach access The bathroom sink didn't drain, we mentioned it and had it plunged. We asked to be moved but we're told they were booked up so we dealt with the slow drain all weekend. Shower small but definitely new. Nice tile. No shelves in bathroom to put down toiletries. Our sink was a pedestal. Other rooms we peaked in on had a vanity/counter around the sink which allowed you to place some items down. Really need shelves in this room. The food in the restaurant was TOP NOTCH. We had calamari, shrimp cocktail and the steak and garlic mashed. By far the best food out of the other places we ate at on the same strip. Bartender and other staff friendly. No elevator so if you can't do stairs then it could be tough.

Booked a poolside room for 2 nights, bringing along my daughter and my mom for a weekend getaway. Was very impressed with the service at the front desk! Joe, the hotel manager was exceptional! Room was beautiful for the most part. Only a few slight issues. Door did not close easily and had to be slammed shut, paint was peeling on back of bathroom door, shower took a while to get hot, sink was VERY slow to drain. Other than that, the accommodations were amazing. Pool wasn’t open for the first day of our stay, however my daughter is crazy and didn’t mind the cold ocean water. Joe, the general manager, was very understanding that the pool was an important amenity, having brought my daughter along. He actually refunded my destination fee, which I thought was above and beyond! The proximity to the ocean is unbeatable and the views are stunning! I enjoyed my stay so much, I added a 3rd night! Anything that went wrong was corrected promptly. My daughter scraped her nose on the bottom of the pool and Joe made sure our desserts at dinner were on the house. I will definitely return when I’m able!

I had a restricted Ocean View room, which is just a first-floor room facing the ocean, The View was great... Like anything on the beach this place is expensive, but the room was clean and no mold smell... The entire Place could use new carpeting in the hallways, but overall condition was acceptable, beach is great and most importantly they will let you park your car the day you check in and go to the beach and use the facilities... Even after you check out you can use the facilities for the rest of the day, and there's plenty of parking across the street... Andrea bar and restaurant is next door which is great for dinner dress up or beach casual... Definitely recommend it as far as beachfront properties go...
