A quaint, modest beach ...

A quaint, modest beach hotel with rooms for your family or your romantic get away. We have had the pleasure of staying in both a pool view and ocean view room, and both were absolutely wonderful. In all cases, you are steps away from the beach or pool, food or drink. While rooms are on the small side, it is exactly what you need for a beach vacation - IF YOU ARE IN THE ROOM TOO MUCH, YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG. The proximity to the Andrea, Maria’s, Misquamicut State Park, Gino’s, Purple Ape, Dusty’s and so many other area favorite honestly makes it hard to beat. If you’re considering Pleasant View Inn, our family (including a 4 + 6 y.o.) HIGHLY RECOMMENDS!

It was the most ...

It was the most relaxing 3 days. The Dinner was just AWESOME💜. Just look at the presentation just BEAUTIFUL💜Thank You to the Chef. This was our second time there this year in fact we had the same room, with out even requesting it. A Big Thank you to all the Staff🙏🏻

I had a restricted ...

I had a restricted Ocean View room, which is just a first-floor room facing the ocean, The View was great... Like anything on the beach this place is expensive, but the room was clean and no mold smell... The entire Place could use new carpeting in the hallways, but overall condition was acceptable, beach is great and most importantly they will let you park your car the day you check in and go to the beach and use the facilities... Even after you check out you can use the facilities for the rest of the day, and there's plenty of parking across the street... Andrea bar and restaurant is next door which is great for dinner dress up or beach casual... Definitely recommend it as far as beachfront properties go...
