Nice room, but it ...

Nice room, but it was so foggy and unfortunately couldn't see the ocean. The restaurant has good food, but it took 2 hours to get our food because they gave it to the wrong table.

The customer service was ...

The customer service was excellent and they recommended some nice places for dinner. We ended up at the Venice Lounge because the hotel restaurant was closed due to covid and off season. We had a beautiful ocean view from our room. Our room was clean and kept nicely. The windows were dirty but we made it work. We could not check-in until 4pm so we sat on the beach, went and got ice cream, and played golf to kill a few hours before check-in. Overall we were satisfied with our visit and would visit again.
