Totally recommend this hotel as all the staff was wonderful and Milen the waiter at the restaurant onsite was absolutely fantastic. A vacation memory we all will treasure.

If you ever go to misquamicut beach make sure you stop into Pleasant view and go to bar and see Danielle the bartender ! What a great time we had !! Awsome service and a lot of fun !

Pleasant View Inn is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with beautiful views of the ocean, passing ships and boats, and people playing in the water and sand. The restaurant at the Pleasant View Inn serves excellent food and drinks and has friendly, attentive staff. That's all good. Our rooms were nice with view of the ocean, a small sun deck, and adequate space. A few big downsides that we did not expect at a hotel that charges about $600 or $700 per night. The shower stall in our rooms was dated and had poor water pressure and didn't drain. It's gross showering while standing in a couple inches or clogged water. People smoking and vaping on the sun decks, sidewalk, and hallways ... not constantly but everyday we were there. The nearby beach isn't owned by the hotel, but be aware that at night people leave alcohol cans, water bottles, and other garbage. In the day there was people with dogs digging holes all day in the sand. People that are not guests using the guest parking lot, lounge chairs, and swimming pool. That stuff is not expected when spending $600 or $700 of hard earned money per night. Even at a camp ground this doesn't happen or is promptly addressed if it does.
