Nice hotel we Rooms ...

Nice hotel we Rooms overlooking the beach on the first floor very beautiful scenery. Even though the place does not have elevators, and there are steps -my sister who is with me ,requires a walker -The staff was very helpful in getting her where she needed to be. They also carried all of our luggage in and were very helpful the whole time we were here.

We arrived on Wed. ...

We arrived on Wed. pay extra $25 for early check-in. All good. Staying until Sat. and no room service. No heated pool as described on web page. One reason why we booked in Sept, was the heated pool. Dining was average. Views were great. If you take a reservation in March and advertise a heated pool, you should either notify the guest before they arrive or give back money. Poor customer service and bad advertising.
