The hotel's location is ...

The hotel's location is amazing, situated directly on the beach and near various attractions. The pool was nice, outside sitting area was too. However, the rooms need renovation, as our room was outdated and lacked cleanliness, with a dirty carpet and a bathroom that didn't meet my expectations for this price point. I wish the rooms were better maintained.

Hidden Gem in RI!! ...

Hidden Gem in RI!! Perfect most beautiful spot. I’ve lived in RI my entire life and never new about The Pleasant View Inn. I always stayed right in Watch hill area with no pool and not directly on the beach. The views and staff are incredible ❤️

Our view was beautiful. ...

Our view was beautiful. And the location was in proximity of everything we wanted. The bartender Danielle was great! We had dinner at “The Kitchen “ located in the hotel. Our server Elanah was fabulous… very attentive and accommodating. Our food prepared by Logan LJ and Olt was fantastic!
