I went up there ...

I went up there for the day to have a birthday cocktail...I had two!🍸🍸The gal behind the bar was fun to talk to as well as everyone else hanging in the bar. The view of the ocean was incredible. I don't live far and is a good place to come for a day trip vacation. However it would be better to stay for a few days! I will have to work on that! Thanks for a great time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an ocean front king room and the view was spectacular. The balcony is so close to the ocean. For an an older hotel, the accommodations are good. Room was clean and up to date. Interestingly there was no telephone in the room so any questions for the front to desk requires a trip to the lobby. Also noticeably missing were elevators (must have some grandfather exemption from ADA?) so if you may have a challenge if you are not able to navigate stairs. We ate only one breakfast in the restaurant but it was delicious and the service was excellent. This was an off season stay so the price was great. Other than "thin walls" (could hear the neighboring room...sometimes too well), I had no complaints. Would definitely return.

We Love the PVI ...

We Love the PVI and have been going several times a year for 26 years and will continue to do so. BUT I'm not that crazy about some of the changes and I wish that at least the first floor of rooms were handicapped accessible.
